The RFGA Technical Assistance (TA) Sessions are an open space for applicants to ask questions and troubleshoot any issues with the application process. Sessions will be hosted in English and Spanish.

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants must provide culturally responsive services to communities in Oregon that are disproportionately impacted by health inequities and abide by OHA’s nondiscrimination policy.


The following are eligible to apply to this RFGA:

  • Any 501(c)(3) organization or any Organization with a fiscal sponsor, registered with the Oregon Secretary of State and located in Oregon
  • Any partnership or coalition of organizations working together, where the fiscal agent is a 501(c)(3) organization
  • Any Federally-qualified health centers


The following are not eligible to apply to this RFGA:

  • Health systems
  • For-profit organizations
  • CBOs currently funded through the OHA Public Health Equity program (Cohort 1)
  • Organizations contracted by a local public health authority (LPHA) to fulfill LPHA responsibilities outlined in Oregon Administrative Rule 333-014-0550 are not eligible.
