What is collage? Collage is an art technique which brings together different things to create a new whole.

COLLAGE ART PROJECT
SUPPLIES:
- Picture (printable or recycled magazines)
- Printed words
- Glue
- Canvas
- Scissors
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Print a picture you want to use. Even better, use old magazines from the recycling bin!
STEP 2: Print out several words to describe the subject of your photo. Cut around the words.
STEP 3: Cut the picture into several pieces.
STEP 4: Arrange the words and your picture pieces onto your canvas in an interesting design. Glue the pieces to the canvas.
