Intake for Tenants

In Person: Landlord Tenant Resource Center

The Landlord Tenant Resource Center (LTRC) provides free legal information to both unrepresented small landlords* and tenants who have residential housing disputes in the District of Columbia.

The LTRC is located in Room 223 on the second floor of the D.C. Superior Courthouse, Building B, 510 4th St NW, Washington, DC 20001. The LTRC also refers eligible tenants for legal advice and representation.

More information about the LTRC can be found on this flyer.

Hours of Operation for the Landlord and Tenant Resource Center
Tuesdays: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Please note that due to a high demand for services, it may be necessary for the resource center to limit the number of customers it sees each day and close intake before 1 p.m. The resource center will, whenever possible, provide written materials and referrals to customers who cannot speak with an attorney that day. Services are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason without prior notice.
