2021 Apportionment Commission

The Ingham County Apportionment Commission is vested with the authority granted under Act No. 261 of Public Acts of 1966, as amended (MCL 46.401 et. seq.) and has as its purpose the apportionment of the County of Ingham into not less than 5 nor more than 21 county commissioner districts in accordance with the standards set forth in MCL 46.404 and affirmed by Michigan Supreme Court.

2011 Apportionment Commission

The Ingham County Apportionment Commission is vested with the authority granted under Act No. 261 of Public Acts of 1966, as amended (MCL 46.401 et. seq.) and has as its purpose the apportionment of the County of Ingham into not less than 5 nor more than 21 county commissioner districts in accordance with the standards set forth in MCL 46.404 and affirmed by Michigan Supreme Court.

2011 Meetings
The Apportionment Commission consists of the County Clerk, Prosecuting Attorney, Treasurer, Republican Party Chair and Democratic Party Chair. The Commission adopted MAP C on Monday, May 23, 2011.
