Welcome to the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy (OCVA) certifying agency database. This database is designed to assist victims/survivors, victim advocates, attorneys, professionals, agencies, and individuals to locate certifying agencies, certifying officials, and processes to request U visa certifications and T visa declarations in the state of Washington.

You may enter the first letter or first few letters of the agency you are searching for or you may search by selecting an agency type, city, or county. Once you see the agency you are looking for, please select "View Details" to see expanded information for that agency.
**Please note that if you do NOT see an agency, city, or county in the dropdown list or the information contained in the detail record is limited, then the information for that specific agency and/or area has not been received. This database will be updated regularly as information is gathered.**
