Staff will ask for council direction for Phase 2 of the Community Benefit project, including but not limited to the further refinement of the community benefit use definitions. The results of a recent economic study will also be shared with council. This agenda item builds on council’s discussion on the topic during a study session in August 2020. Staff will also seek council direction on draft amendments to the Site Review criteria.
