Submission deadline for proposals is December 29th

The Delaware Association for Environmental Education has issued a call for presentation proposals for their 15th Annual Conference to be held February 24, 2024. The theme of the 2024 conference is, Nature Access for ALL! and will feature Keynote Speaker, Dr. McKay Jenkins.

The DAEE annual conference is a yearly opportunity for formal and non-formal educators, community leaders and anyone else sharing the desire to help Delaware’s diverse communities increase individual and collective environmental literacy (ELit). This is a day of networking & sharing, professional learning, community adult and young adult education, and hands-on experiences. Throughout the day we will explore environmental education (EE) opportunities, initiatives, resources, best practices, and local issues to help foster impactful environmental stewardship.

In order to continue the success of our yearly conference, we once again need YOUR help! We are seeking presentations focused on equitably connecting all communities to nature and increasing ELit across the state. We always aim for a wide selection of topics for the day that will provide unique learning experiences and engage a broad spectrum of participants! Please see this year’s conference strand descriptions in the next section.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
