October is the perfect month to be outside, but it is important for older adults to be aware of how to move safely to prevent minor injuries. Join the Howard County Health Department in partnership with the Howard County Office on Aging and Independence for an interactive live webinar. Learn the benefits of walking and movement, medical assistive devices, and pedestrian safety tips. Best of all, you don’t even have to leave your home!
