The deadline to submit your nomination is Friday, October 1st, 2021.


PRESENTED TO: The USDVA employee who demonstrates excellence in the performance of their job duties in serving the men and women who’ve served us.

PURPOSE: To recognize and honor a Michigan-based USDVA employee.

ELIGIBILITY:
• Must be a current VA employee working in the State of Michigan who has gone above and beyond to server veterans here in Michigan.
• Submissions should include detailed examples and data, to the extent possible, on the county’s efforts and impact toward the award’s purpose.

This program is administered by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency. Anyone can nominate candidates for this award, but the nominee must meet the eligibility criteria. Submissions will be reviewed by an independent panel. The award recipient will be honored at the Michigan Military & Veterans Gala on Nov 06, 2021, at Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
