INSTRUCTIONS:

To view a Solicitation, click View as PDF (no account creation or login required).

If you would like to respond to a Solicitation, click the Respond Now button (you will be asked to login or create a vendor account).

To create an account, please click on this link: Vendor Account Creation. Please save your credentials where you or another member of your organization has access to them. To receive notifications of updates to a specific solicitation posted in IMPACS, click the "Intend to Submit" button within the solicitation.

Please note that you are creating a Jaggaer One Login account. IMPACS uses the Jaggaer ONE platform for Procurement. Once the account is created, you will be able to use this to access all IMPACS & Jaggaer applications using the same credentials. Once you have created your account, it is encouraged to log into your vendor portal and complete your vendor registration.
