- Transportation: On 6/25, transportation from a central meeting point in downtown Chattanooga to Astec, from Astec to the dinner/networking event, and then from dinner back to the downtown meeting point. On 6/26, transportation from a meeting point in downtown Chattanooga to Astec and from Astec to the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (and a point downtown) at the conclusion of the training.
- Meals: Breakfast, two snack breaks, and lunch at Astec during both days of the workshop. An evening networking dinner event on 6/25 in downtown Chattanooga immediately after the day's training.
