- Students must be 18 years or older and have a valid Class D New York learner permit with a photo.
- The course provides for a minimum of 5-hours of instruction and with unit timers cannot be completed in less time.
- Participants must successfully complete content questions (scoring 70% or higher) for each topic to qualify for completion.
- Students must complete the entire course without assistance and will not knowingly accept a Course Completion confirmation if the course has not been completed.
