RENEW BY MAIL
If renewing by mail, you should only complete a renewal form for licenses that qualify for renewal. If your recertification status is "Pending Recertification" or "Failed to Recertify", DO NOT complete a renewal form. Check your license status using WSDA's license search tool.
For renewals submitted through the mail, make checks payable to Washington State Department of Agriculture or WSDA.

- Non-Commercial Applicators - If you qualify for renewal, complete a Pesticide License Renewal Application [PDF] and submit along with your renewal application fee by mail to the address at the top of the form.
- Commercial Applicators - If you qualify for renewal, complete the Commercial Applicator Renewal Form (Form A) [PDF]. Complete Form B [PDF] to report company-employed Commercial Operators and multiple business locations. Make sure that WSDA has current financial coverage information by searching your company record with the online license search tool. View the listed insurance expiration date. If expired, your agent will need to submit a completed Financial Responsibility Insurance Certificate [PDF]. Send in all necessary forms and payment by mail to the address at the top of Form A.
