"The National Spectrum Strategy marks an important step towards promoting greater spectrum sharing and rightly notes that to 'continue our Nation’s economic growth, to maintain and improve our global competitiveness, and to support critical public services and missions, [the U.S.] must make spectrum available for innovative new uses and to meet growing demand.' We look forward to working with the Administration and the Commission to accomplish these goals."
