The CWEA-CASA free COVID-19 webinar series continues with our third in-depth discussion about wastewater surveillance from prominent experts and moderated by CASA’s Greg Kester. 

Dr. Trish Holden, UC Santa Barbara covers objectives and the timeline for the new Water Research Foundation (WRF) project with UC Irvine to optimize sample design for the quantification of SARS-CoV-2 genes in sewage and wastewater. 

Dr. Ryan Sinclair, Loma Linda University School of Public Health discusses wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) results from the University of Arizona and the Loma Linda lab for the City of San Bernardino and select locations within the city. 

Kahlil Lawless, Illumina describes wastewater based epidemiology (WBE) and next generation sequencing
