Tipsters may remain anonymous, if the information provided leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect, the person could be eligible for a CASH reward "up to $2,500."

Crime of the week: Identity of Suspect Wanted in Murder of Convenience Store Owner Needed

On March 5, 2024, at approximately 7:50 am, officers responded to the business in the 900 block of Larchmont Avenue in the unincorporated section of Capitol Heights for the report of an unresponsive man. The victim was located inside of the store suffering from head trauma and transported to a hospital for emergency medical care. He died of his injuries on March 8, 2024.

The preliminary investigation revealed the suspect attacked the victim while stealing items from the store. The suspect then fled the area on a bicycle.

Identity Needed in Courier Robbery (Weapon Implied)

The Prince George’s County Police Department is working to identify the suspects shown in the above surveillance photographs. On March 12, 2024, at approximately 11:03 A.M., the above suspects committed a courier robbery (weapon implied) in the 4400 block of Suitland Road, in Suitland.
