Mission Statement

The mission of ILLUMINOCITY is to unite community leaders, businesses, and residents in a holiday festival of illumination to celebrate the rich history of Schenectady and support the county’s brightest lights, our not-for-profit organizations.

The Season of IlluminoCity

ILLUMINOCITY encourages businesses to team up with Not-For-Profits to open their doors and light up their stores as residents and visitors explore Downtown Schenectady and be reminded of the many Not-For-Profits that serve our community.

Become a sponsor!

Our sponsorship offering is full of interesting and contemporary marketing opportunities. In addition to receiving the marketing value, you also get to be a charitable rock star. Last year, our Not-For-Profit contest winners were awarded $25,500. The more we raise in sponsorship, the more we are able to give back.
