Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Community Health Survey TAKE THE SURVEYOur community is working together to improve health and wellness in Williamson County. Health care providers, faith-based organizations, public health, school districts, non-profit organizations, local governments and community members are working together to address health issues where we live, learn, work and play. This survey is now available to collect the community’s feedback on what they believe are the most pressing health needs for Williamson County. The feedback will be used to inform decision-making, prioritize health issues, and assist in the development and implementation of Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Download Flyers: |
