Your local government advocates, for all of your Veteran needs.

The CVSOA, a 501(c)(4), has a single purpose; service to veterans and their dependents at no cost and without discrimination. Veteran Service Officers are war-time Veterans, who are accredited and certified with the state of Florida and the US Department of Veterans Affairs and know to the extent, the meaning and the application of the laws that have been passed by the U.S. Congress and Florida State Legislature, in the interest of the Veterans  and their dependents. They also have knowledge in the best way suited to the need of every individual Veteran or beneficiary requesting their services. All information conveyed to the staff is privileged and will be held in strictest confidence, per state and federal laws.

What Is a Veterans Services Officer?

When you need assistance in getting the benefits you or a family member is due as a Veteran or an eligible dependent you should utilize the assistance of a Veterans Service Officer (VSO). You may think that VSOs are only the usual organizations like the American Legion or VFW, but all states, and many counties and local municipalities have VSOs as well. These VSOs all have your best interest in mind and exist to help you get the benefits you deserve.
