I believe that entrepreneurship and small business leadership are core to the success of local and state economies. More than 50% of jobs created in the United States are created by small businesses.
Guidance from entrepreneurs and business leaders played a key role in shaping my career. The heart behind the Patton Foundation—and the Patton Foundation Entrepreneur Competition—is to pay it forward by offering education and competition opportunities to young entrepreneurs with big dreams.
The Foundation fosters a community of vibrant individuals, creating an environment conducive to collaboration, innovation, and shared learning.
