Last year, Samsung moved 1,000 jobs from Richardson to Plano’s Legacy Central office campus on U.S. Highway 75. Samsung rented more than 200,000 square feet of office space — one of the largest Dallas-area office deals of 2018 — in the project, which is a redevelopment of Texas Instruments’ former Plano campus.

So far in 2019, net office leasing in the Plano and Frisco area has led North Texas in demand for new business space, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
