SCUTARI PLANS HEARINGS ON DELAYS WITH LEGAL MARIJUANA SALES

TRENTON – Senate President Nick Scutari announced today that he will form a special legislative committee to review the delays with legal marijuana sales in New Jersey.

SENATOR NELLIE POU INSTALLED AS PRESIDENT OF NHCSL

Trenton – Senator Nellie Pou, who serves as Majority Caucus Chair as well as Chair of the New Jersey Legislative Latino Caucus, has been installed as President of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL). Senator Pou, who chairs the Senate Commerce Committee, will serve as the organization’s president for a two-year term.

SENATORS INTRODUCE LEGISLATION TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY AT THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
