House Watch

Going on vacation or an out of town business trip? The Richardson Police Department encourages residents to utilize our Home Security Watch program to help prevent criminal opportunity while you are away. As time permits, our trained Volunteers in Police Service will check on homes for up to 4 weeks. This program is NOT available to vacant homes or homes entered by pet-sitters or other persons watching your home during your absence. Please contact the Community Relations Unit at 972-744-4955 if you have any questions about this program.
