PROPOSED INTERLOCUTORY JUDGMENT, AND (2) AUTHORIZES AND
DIRECTS THE AUDITOR-CONTROLLER TO ENCUMBER AND TRANSFER
FUNDS AS SET FORTH IN THE STIPULATED JUDGMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $398,000 FROM THE FUND 404 RESERVE ACCOUNT, AND
