This was great because it tells you about history of the book.

Shakespeare's Champion is an excellent portrayal of a strong woman overcoming a violent kidnapping, assault, torture, and rape. Lily has started a new life in a small town in Arkansas. She has her own business cleaning house and doing odd jobs. In her free time Lily body builds and learns a form of martial arts. She hasn't made close relationships but has causal friends. This changes when she helps Jack, an undercover private detective. There are three murders in this small town and Lily gets caught up in the investigation. Racial tensions in this town are at an all-time high, resulting in a bombing of a black church. There is mystery, murder, and romance. I wouldn't want to spoil it for you. I have read and listened to this book many times. Charlaine Harris is an excellent writer, being the Champion of mystery, violence, and romance. She always keeps it real. She is not afraid to write about controversial topics, such as rape

I was disappointed in Poseidon because I expected him to look like a blonde kid with a trident with a blue outfit dripping with water very handsome especially when all the goddess girls were saying he was cute. Once I actually looked at him he looks like the kids from Luca. It was disappointing. The rest was great but I'm not done reading yet.

I love how she describes things. The pictures look a little disappointing though. I I like how the author has different season things but they like and dislike about it. I'm satisfied by the book so far.

It is a very good book and I highly recommend it to other readers I do advise you to read the first series first because there is another whole 5 book series by the same author and it has Percy Jackson as the main character also once you finish that series you should read the first 4 books in this second series before you read it.
